As a Proposal / Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by spearheading the development of compelling proposals for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Your expertise in crafting well-articulated and persuasive content will be instrumental in showcasing our capabilities and solutions to potential clients.


Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of creating high-quality proposals for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, technical teams, and business development, to gather relevant information.


Content Creation:

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling content that aligns with the requirements outlined in RFPs and RFQs.
  • Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for diverse audiences.


Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to enhance proposal content.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure proposals adhere to guidelines and specifications set forth in RFPs and RFQs.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.


Deadline Management:

  • Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely submission of high-quality proposals.


Knowledge Management:
