Job Title: Trainer - Behavioural and Soft-skills

Location: Pune (Aundh) - Work From Office

Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Trainer (Behavioral and Soft Skills) and contribute to the financial well-being of our customers by assisting them in managing their outstanding credit card bills.

Experience Range: 5+ years in training a team with a span of 15-20 associates in outbound tele-calling, customer service or collections.

Must Have:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and key team members to identify company training needs.

2. Schedule appropriate training sessions.

3. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.

4. Creating best practices in approaching customer calls

5. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

6. Create process refreshers for existing employees as and when needed

7. Conducting training needs analysis, creating learning objectives and evaluating success of learning sessions

8. Monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness, success, and outcome periodically.

9. Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

10. Train and guide new employees.

11. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to established expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure during team leading.

2. Previous experience in collections is preferred.
