Job Description:

Technical Leadership

Lead the development and delivery of SAP ABAP solutions across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ABAP developers.

Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation.

Solution Design & Development

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Develop custom programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms using ABAP.

Work on Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, SmartForms, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.

Build and consume OData services for Fiori applications.

Integration & Performance

Collaborate with Basis and functional teams for system integration and performance tuning.

Optimize code for scalability and maintainability.

Support SAP HANA-based development and Embedded Analytics.

Mandatory skills*

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP Gateway, and Fiori/UI5 development.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired skills*

Experience with Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities domains.

Knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, or Java is a plus.

SAP ABAP certification is desirable.
