Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Dean - School of Management. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the School of Management, developing and implementing academic programs, managing faculty and staff, fostering research and innovation, and ensuring the overall success of the school.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Expertise in the field of Business Management
  • Experience in curriculum development and academic program management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster research and innovation within the school
  • Ph.D. in Business Management or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or as a faculty member in a university
  • Publication record and research experience in the field
  • Understanding of industry trends and ability to align academic programs accordingly
