Position : UI/UX developer

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Design and develop CMS websites using WordPress, including theme and plugin development and customization.

Branding and Print Collateral :

- Design and produce print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and promotional items.

- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Digital Assets and Graphics :

- Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website elements.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Presentations :

- Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for corporate, product, and project presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Experience : 4-5 years of experience in a UX/UI development role.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.

- Knowledge of WordPress for designing and developing CMS websites.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices is an added advantage.

Design Skills :

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw).

- Experience designing for both digital and print media.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web interfaces, digital graphics, and print materials.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.. Attributes :
