Job Title: Workday Time Tracking ConsultantLocation: Onsite in Rayadurgam, HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Time Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM modules, Time & Absence configuration, and business process analysis, ensuring accurate and efficient time management processes aligned with organizational and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday Time Tracking modules.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to define time and attendance business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Configure Time Entry Codes, Work Schedules, Time Calculation Rules, and Time Entry Templates.Integrate Workday Time Tracking with Absence Management, Payroll, and other HCM modules.Design and execute test scenarios; support UAT and post-implementation validation.Develop reports and dashboards to monitor time tracking compliance and efficiency.Support data migration, security configuration, and ongoing maintenance of time tracking systems.Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and corporate time-tracking policies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking implementation or support.Certification in Workday Time Tracking or Workday HCM preferred.Experience integrating Time Tracking with Absence, Payroll, and external systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors.Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.Understanding of regional compliance regulations (e.g., overtime, FLSA, working time directives).Agile/Scrum experience and Workday implementation lifecycle knowledge.
