Job description for the role of Sr. Quality Analyst


  1. Manage team of quality analysts with good interpersonal, client and people management skill
  2. Ability to audit the deliverables (Audit on Auditor) to check the accuracy of auditors
  3. Inter region co-ordination and execution of deliverables
  4. Performance management of Quality analysts
  5. Point of contact to clients in driving efficient Quality management system
  6. Ensure reporting of Quality performance and audit finding to respective stake holders.
  7. To convey audit findings to the production managers and corporate leadership.
  8. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  9. Drive and Implement Corrective and preventive actions. Root Cause Analysis on nonperforming metric and brainstorming for solutions.
  10. Manage the coordination between the clients / stakeholders/ third parties and vendors.
  11. Anticipate project risks basis Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  12. Ensure compliance to process requirement as per standards defined.
  13. Compliance to information security, other policies and procedures
  14. Presentation of process performance in regular governance meetings



Technical skills:

  1. Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  2. Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  3. Preferred to have Six sigma knowledge and understanding of basic QC tools. (External hiring resources)

Must have good analytical skills to conduct various analysis and RCA on a weekly/monthly basis.
