About Us:

Our mission is to create the best AI for GTM teams who use HubSpot, and our solution is Agilepitch

Agilepitch is a sales execution platform for teams that run on HubSpot. We give sellers a single place to run every deal, answer any question across their sales stack, and move the pipeline with clear next steps. Our embedded assistant, Michael, creates stage specific tasks, updates HubSpot, and surfaces deal risks, buyer intent, and health scores in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical plans and contribute to our scalable backend built on top of NestJS as well as our frontend stack built on top of Next.js.
  • Understand, build, and troubleshoot our infrastructure built on top of AWS and other SaaS technologies that form the core of AgilePitch.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and implement product features and architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI team and define contracts to interact with our AI Python Backend.
  • Utilise ORMs to efficiently manage and interact with databases.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our application.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.

Who are we looking for:

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably building a SaaS product.

· Proficiency in NestJS and Next.js frameworks.

· Solid understanding and experience with ORMs (e.g., TypeORM, Drizzle).

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.

· Experience in a startup environment is a plus

· Bonus: Experience with Python.
