Our technology mirrors our people Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinking.To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "SAP ABAP Lead".Job purpose : The SAP ABAP Team Lead is responsible for leading the SAP ABAP development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining the SAP system's performance, reliability, and : - Lead and manage the SAP ABAP development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP ABAP programs and enhancements. - Innovate by developing advanced solutions and exploring new technologies for implementation. - Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and SAP guidelines. - Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Qualifications : - 8- 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. - Extensive experience with SAP ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces and workflows. - Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or similar. - SAP certification in the area of specialty and Project Management Tools like Jira/CHARM/ITSM Tools. - Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS Views, and OData services. - Strong understanding of business processes and SAP modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.Core Skills required : - Problem Solving. - Leadership. - Interpersonal Skills.Our values guide how we think and act They describe what we care about the most. - Customer first Its embedded in our design thinking and customer service approach. - Open Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolve. - Real No jargon and no excuses. - Bold Constantly challenging ourselves and our way of thinking. - Resilient If we fail, we bounce back stronger than before. - Collaborative We know that we can achieve a lot more as a team.We are changing lives by constantly striving for a better solution.
