Position Overview:


Stegpearl Jaipur is seeking an experienced Brand Manager with 4+ years of expertise in managing and growing well-established brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand strategy, market research, product positioning, campaign execution, and cross-functional team collaboration. This role requires a results-driven individual who is skilled in building strong brand identities, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth.
  • Manage end-to-end brand development, including market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Lead successful marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to drive product innovation and enhance consumer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage brand budgets, track KPIs, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience in brand management with a focus on well-established brands.
  • Proven expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, and consumer insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
