Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for aligning stakeholder expectations, managing conflicts, and ensuring project success.- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams comprising functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Providing direction, coaching, and support to team members to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential. You should be able to articulate project objectives, updates, and timelines to both internal team members and external clients in a way that is easily understandable.- Adaptability: Projects can be dynamic, and requirements may change. Being able to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot when necessary is important.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, risks, and dependencies impacting project progress and implement effective mitigation strategies.
