Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong client interaction skills, deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, and the ability to lead and direct a technical team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial processes, implementing Oracle Fusion solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of finance projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Conduct meetings and workshops to understand client requirements and business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet client-specific needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Functional Expertise:
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and clients on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Direct and manage a technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders regularly.
  • Solution Design and Documentation:
  • Analyze client requirements and design effective Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and documentation for system configurations.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Financials updates and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle Financials, with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials or related areas is a plus.
  • Experience with other ERP systems or financial modules.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
