Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.


Responsibilities:


Test Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Test Planning and Execution: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.

Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test execution, defect management, and release management.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.

Database Testing: Perform comprehensive database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.

Leverage Linux experience: to perform testing and troubleshooting in a Unix/Linux environment.

Scripting: Leverage Python scripting to automate test cases and improve test efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 10 -15 years of experience in QA leadership roles within large tech, SaaS, or fintech companies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, including regression, functional, acceptance, usability, and sanity testing.
  • Proficiency in Linux based debuggers and OS environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
