We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other key stakeholders, to push forward and execute long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to execute long-term initiatives.

- Prioritize the feature backlog and user stories based on defined outcomes and key results.

- Coordinate cross-business unit initiatives and management to support new products and/or capabilities, serving as the liaison between marketing and technology teams.

- Balance the requirements of customers, stakeholders, and engineering work to drive product success.

- Partner with product and technology leaders in US and international markets to deploy globally scalable solutions, ensuring a continuous focus on best-in-class user experiences, testing opportunities, efficient resource usage, product quality, and speed to market.

- Create and maintain comprehensive Product Documentation.

- Establish and socialize the global platform product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features with ambitious business metrics and targets for the owned scope.

- Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments in creating and aligning the product roadmap.

- Leverage agile best practices to assess the feasibility of ideas and create product constructs that power best-in-class products for customers and business.

- Lead multiple high-profile initiatives, ensuring consistent collaboration with key partners and clear communication of strategy, program status, roadmaps, and prioritization trade-offs.

- Gather feedback on products and capabilities to iterate and improve future releases.

- Coordinate efforts with a large Agile team (including stakeholders, engineers, designers, and analytics) to deploy platform enhancements across products.

Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in the Banking, Lending, Debit/Credit Cards, or Investment Banking domain.

- Strong experience in agile methodologies and leading product development cycles.

- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments, ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives.

- Experience working with international teams to deploy scalable, global solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders.

- Experience with product documentation and defining business metrics and targets
