Technical Architect

Overview :

As a Salesforce Technical Architect on our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs and targeted outcomes. Solution Design : Lead the design of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This includes architecting solutions for custom applications, integrations, data migrations, and system Leadership : Provides technical leadership and guidance to agile teams. Mentor team members on best practices, design patterns, and Salesforce platform Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.

Salesforce Platform Expertise : Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features, tools, and best practices. Leverage your expertise to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous and Data Management : Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Ensure data integrity and security across all integrated systems.

Governance and Compliance : Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to industry standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements. Implement best practices for data governance, access control, and data privacy. Experience with SAFe Architectural Runway concepts and processes.

Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides. Ensure that all technical artifacts are well-documented and easily accessible to agile teams.

Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, developers, and QA Testers. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.

- Salesforce certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models and security models.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other Salesforce development tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Requirements :

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud Portal, CRM Analytics, or features found in the Unlimited Edition license is a plus.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks is desirable.
