The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in Java and Python, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications.Key Responsibilities :SDE II :- Design and implement RESTful APIs and services to enable integration with frontend applications and external systems.- Optimize application performance and database queries for efficiency and scalability.- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Java and Python technologies and adopt best practices in the development process.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.- Participate in the estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks.- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team.Qualifications :Experience :- 3.5 - 7 years of experience in backend development.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Java, programming languages.- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java)- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.- Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).- Experience with Kafka and Redis.- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.- Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS,Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.- AWS cloud formation.- Application Security experience is a plus- Cloud Security experience is a plus- GRC platform experience is a plusSoft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Why Join Mitigata?If India's growth is under threat, were standing in the way.1.
