Position: Commis ChefCompany: Indulge CreameryLocation: Bandra, MumbaiSalary: 15-25k (Competitive, based on experience)Experience: 1-3 years (café, bistro, QSR, or cloud kitchen background preferred)About the role:Indulge Creamery, a new premium ice cream-led café, is looking for an enthusiastic and quick-learning Commis Chef to join its talented kitchen team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, all-electric kitchen, perfect for passionate cooks who want to grow their skills in gourmet café food and creative desserts.Key responsibilities:- Support daily kitchen operations across prep, cooking, and service - Prepare and plate menu items to exacting standards (breakfast, bowls, gourmet sandwiches, burgers, desserts) - Assist in producing ice cream-based desserts and seasonal sundaes - Handle mise en place, ingredient prep, and maintain clean work stations - Work with the Head Chef and consulting chefs in recipe trials and food tastings - Practice strict hygiene and food safety policies - Receive and organise kitchen stock and materials as guided - Learn new techniques in European, Mediterranean, and Continental cookingRequirements:- 1-3 years' experience as a commis/cook/line chef (café, QSR or similar preferred) - Desire to learn gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and modern café food - Appetite for fast-paced, "all-electric" kitchen style and live counter service - Good communication, discipline, and commitment to hygiene - Mumbai/Bandra-based or ready to relocateBenefits:- Growth in premium café and modern dessert cooking - Opportunity to work with top consulting chefs and in menu trials - Be part of a new brand's kitchen culture from day oneTo apply:Send your CV and a brief note on your café/food experience to zarekarpranav95@gmail.comor DM us here / apply via LinkedIn.About Mettle Hospitality:We are a leading F&B consulting group, helping launch and grow exceptional food brands nationwide.
