A Day In The Life As a Senior Graphic Designer at Agilitas, you will report to the Senior Director of Apparel Design and Creative Strategy. You will be responsible for creating innovative and visually compelling designs for our performance and lifestyle collections. This role requires a deep understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and the ability to disrupt conventional design approaches. You will work collaboratively across teams to bring fresh, bold ideas to life and ensure that our products are at the forefront of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with the Senior Director of Apparel Design and Creative Strategy to understand and execute design briefs. ● Independently take concepts from design to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. ● Utilize your expertise in graphic design, trends, and digital tools to develop cutting-edge designs. ● Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. ● Work in a fast-paced environment, responding creatively to challenges and opportunities. ● Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the product and process. ● Create compelling visual content for both digital and physical platforms. ● Communicate design concepts clearly through presentations, sketches, and prototypes. Qualifications: ● 7-10 years of industry experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel or sportswear. ● Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and disruptive design approaches. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus. ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ● High level of creativity and innovation. ● Strong sense of ownership and accountability. ● Professionalism and respectfulness in all interactions.
