Business Analyst Our Vision :Agrim is an asset-light agri-inputs e-commerce platform for retailers. We recently raised $20.5 million in Series B funding from Asia Impact and BII to enhance our technology, expand our product offerings, and scale operations.Our journey:Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already on-boarded on the platform.Having closed our Series B round of funding (to be announced publicly in the coming weeks) with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sectorAbout the Role:- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to own the development of data reports, build intuitive analytics dashboards, and work closely with business, product and engineering teams to manage end-to-end data streams.- This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology-turning raw data into insights that drive strategic decision-making across the company.- Solve Challenging and Muddy problems leveraging the Fundamentals of Analytics and Business Intelligence. - You need to have hunger to bring change in the organization leveraging the power of Data- Experience building and designing complex dashboards- Develop Reports for Business to influence Key Business KPIsWhat's In It for you in this Role:- Shape your career with us: Our team members and peers have been recognized with prestigious industry awards, including IQ 30 Under 30 in Analytics and domain-specific excellence awards.
