Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Head based in Kochi. The Academic Head will be responsible for managing educational activities, developing and implementing curricula, coordinating with educators, and overseeing the educational team. The role includes improving educational processes, ensuring high-quality academic delivery, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with students. Qualifications Educational Management and Team Management skillsExperience in Curriculum Development and EducationStrong Communication abilitiesExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site in KochiExperience in the education sector is a plusMaster's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
