Ensure achievement of key success parameters —quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets. Coordinate seamlessly with SMEs, Instructional Design, and Media teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and value-driven interactions. Provide timely, structured feedback to internal teams to enhance performance and project outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, focusing oncost optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement. Oversee day-to-day team management, including resourcing, workload balancing, and conflict resolution. Prepare and presentBilling/MIS reportsto clients and senior leadership. Manage external or contractual resources to ensure timely, high-quality output. Optimize resource utilization across people, tools, and technology to achieve operational efficiency.Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 12+ yearsof experience in the online learning or corporate training industry. 7+ yearsof project management experience leading large-scale learning projects. Proven experience managing teams of30+ membersacross all project phases — initiation to delivery. Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Demonstrated success in driving decision-making and achieving project excellence.Preferred: Prior experience or understanding ofInstructional DesignandAdult Learning methodologies. PMP® / PMI certificationhighly desirable.
