Job Description: PowerPoint Presentation Specialist Intern

Department: Communications/Marketing

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Employment Type: Interns


Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and presentation, with the ability to create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage audiences.



Key Responsibilities:

1. PowerPoint Design & Creation:

a. Assist in creating high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations from scratch or based on provided content.

b. Design slides that incorporate effective use of typography, color schemes, images, charts, and graphs to ensure clarity and impact.

2. Content Structuring & Storytelling:

a. Organize and structure presentations in a logical, coherent manner to tell a compelling story. b. Help craft clear, concise, and engaging text for slides, ensuring messages are communicated effectively.

3. Graphic Design & Visual Enhancements:

a. Apply design principles to enhance the visual appeal of presentations, including layout, consistency, and alignment.

b. Integrate multimedia elements like images, videos, and icons to support content.

4. Collaboration & Feedback:

a. Collaborate with team members to understand the requirements for each presentation.

b. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to presentations based on internal reviews.

5. Technical PowerPoint Skills:

a. Use advanced PowerPoint features (Slide Master, SmartArt, transitions, animations, etc.) to create interactive and professional presentations.

b. Learn to work with other design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Beautiful.ai) to complement PowerPoint slides where necessary.


Qualifications:

 Education: Recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, IT Background, or a related field.


Skills:

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with a good understanding of design principles.

Familiarity with latest presentation tools (e.g., Beautiful.ai, Prezi, Visme, Canva) to create impactful presentations.

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.

o Good communication skills for understanding project needs and incorporating feedback.
