Job Description:

Job- Title: Manager - Client Services

Industry : BFSI

Job Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Work Model: Onsite

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 12+ years as a Client Service Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the RPO industry.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.

- Experience into Client relationship Management, Recruitment delivery & Operations, Team Management, Client reporting & Data Analysis.

- Excellent client relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Availability for occasional travel to client sites as needed.

- Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
