Computer Aided Design Drafter

OCS is looking for a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our engineering and operational teams by creating and modifying technical drawings using CAD software. If you’re ready to take your expertise to the next level and contribute to projects that shape the future of energy — join us and be part of our journey toward safe, sustainable, and world-class operations.What You Will Do- Create, modify, and maintain detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools. - Collaborate with design, engineering, and O&M teams to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate drawings. - Review and interpret blueprints, layouts, and engineering specifications. - Support Discipline Engineers and Document Controllers with project documentation as per OCS Document Management System. - Ensure that all drawings comply with company, client, and industry standards and regulations. - Revise and update drawings based on client feedback or project changes. - Maintain integrity of design through Change Management processes. - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings. - Maintain and organize drawing templates, libraries, and related documentation. - Stay updated on latest CAD software revisions and industry best practices.What We Are Looking For- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production / Drafting / Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a CAD Drafter / CAD Technician in an engineering design consultancy or EPC company. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and familiarity with SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) or AVEVA P&ID. - Strong understanding of drafting principles, engineering standards, and symbols. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment. - Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. - Experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas production or petroleum industry design projects preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI-based design tools is an advantage. - Certification from American Design Drafting Association or Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) preferred.What You Can Expect- A leadership role that directly impacts the competence and performance of global marine teams. - Opportunities to innovate and integrate advanced training technologies. - A collaborative, safety-driven workplace culture. - Recognition for driving compliance, excellence, and workforce development.If you’re passionate about precision design, eager to contribute to world-class oil & gas operations, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on board.Apply now and be part of an organization that’s driven by trust, care, innovation, and excellence.
