SAP ISU Device ManagementDevice Procurement: Research and recommend suitable devices based on organizational needs and budget constraints. Coordinate device purchases and manage vendor relationships. Ensure timely delivery and proper receipt of devices. Device Deployment: Develop and implement standardized device deployment procedures. Configure devices with necessary settings and applications. Distribute devices to end-users and provide initial training. Device Management: Monitor device performance and identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve device-related problems. Apply software updates and security patches. Manage device inventory and asset tracking. Device Retirement: Develop and implement a secure device retirement process. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management ✔ Experience in Device Procurement, Deployment & Lifecycle Management ✔ Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U master data, technical installation, and device relations ✔ Knowledge of IS-U processes such as device allocation, replacement, removal, meter reading, and validations ✔ Experience in troubleshooting device issues and applying software/security updates ✔ Strong understanding of asset tracking and device inventory control
