You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end client relationships while simultaneously handling influencer interactions, from onboarding to campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Management:


- Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their goals, requirements, and campaign objectives.

- Present campaign ideas, strategies, and results to clients, keeping them informed with regular updates and reports.

- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster ongoing partnerships.


  1. Influencer Management:


- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand values.

- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers to achieve cost-effective outcomes for clients.

- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content, adherence to campaign guidelines, and overall campaign success.

- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing cooperation and successful partnerships.


  1. Campaign Execution:


- Oversee the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns that meet client goals.

- Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues during campaign execution, offering solutions that meet both client and influencer needs.


  1. Market Research & Trends:


- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content.

- Provide clients and influencers with insights and recommendations based on industry trends and emerging opportunities.


  1. Qualifications:


- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, influencer marketing, or a related domain.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital content creation.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
