The Bengaluru-based startup has successfully raised Seed funding to revolutionize the Indian travel and hospitality sector.- Reporting Manager - Sidharth (Founder) - Department - Accounts and finance - Position - Accountant - Location - Bangalore - Package - 30000/- to 35000/- - Company Website - raho.co.inAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for Raho Hospitalities. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hospitality-related finance operations, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). - Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and ensure timely statutory compliance. - Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. - Process monthly payroll and maintain employee tax compliance records. - Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for management review. - Assist in statutory audits and liaise with auditors. - Maintain financial documentation for easy retrieval and compliance checks. - Process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy (travel, meals, lodging, and other approved expenses).Requirements- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality preferred) - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance - Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work independently.What You’ll Gain- Opportunity to lead finance operations for a fast-growing hospitality brand - Exposure to startup decision-making and founder-level discussions - A role with scope for growth into Finance Manager / Controller positionRegardsVeena-recruiter@raho.co.in
