This is a good learning role for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, communication, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers• Conduct initial HR screening calls• Maintain applicant tracking sheets and records• Support onboarding activities and documentation• Assist with HR communication, follow-ups, and internship closures• Prepare weekly recruitment status reportsSkills & Qualifications• Strong communication and people-handling skills• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is helpful• Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduationWhat You Will Learn• End-to-end recruitment process• Screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination• HR documentation and onboarding workflow• Candidate communication and professionalism• Exposure to the coaching and EdTech hiring environmentStipend & Duration- Stipend: Based on Candidature - Duration: 6 months - Certificate
