About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Assistant Account Managers to join our growing team.

This role is a dynamic blend of client success and performance analytics where you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring strong client relationships while delivering actionable business insights.

Youll work directly with US-based clients to manage accounts, drive engagement, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

60% Account Management (relationship building, client servicing, growth enablement)

40% Performance Insights (data-driven reporting, dashboards, campaign optimization inputs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US-based client accounts.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.

- Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and data insights.

- Maintain and update records using CRM tools and account management software.

- Ensure timely communication, project delivery, and reporting in alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications & 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development

(MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing Preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with US clients.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Open to working from office in Pune or Prior experience in a US client-facing role.

- Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services.

- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations
