The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise inbulk hiring, social media recruitment, and sourcing through top job portals. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting large-scale client requirements in theIT Services industry (Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.).Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across India. Handlebulk hiringrequirements with quick turnaround time. Source candidates usingNaukri, Monster, LinkedIn RPS, and other job portals. Leveragesocial media recruitmentstrategies to identify and attract talent. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively. Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements. Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.Requirements: 2+ years of experienceintechnical recruitmentwith a focus on India hiring. Proven track record inbulk hiringfor IT services/consulting clients. Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media platforms. Experience working with service-based clients such asInfosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
