Required Qualifications B.Tech in Civil EngineeringandM.Tech in Structural Engineering(mandatory) Strong experience inStructural Steel and RCC design Proficiency inSTAADand/orETABSfor structural analysis and design Key Responsibilities Performdetailed structural designbased on basic drawings and specifications Derive steel member sizes and prepare design calculations Execute design ofsteel and RCC structuresas per relevant codes and standards Prepare structural reports, calculations, and documentation for approval Coordinate effectively withclients and consultantsfor design approvals and technical clarifications Skills & Competencies Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
