Job Description

As a FAC Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of facility's electrical distribution systems, utility systems, and building

infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in electrical engineering principles and practices to assess, design, and maintain facility's systems and

equipment.


Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of utility systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

2. Design electrical distribution systems to meet the facility's power demand and ensure redundancy and reliability

3. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and distribution panels

4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems to minimize downtime

5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and equipment performance

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop energy-saving initiatives and drive sustainability efforts

7. Manage facility infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and vendors


Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field

2. Proven experience working as a FAC Engineer or a similar role in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry

3. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing,water treatment,waste management and lighting.

6. Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation systems

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

9. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
