Job Description:

As the CBSE School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational direction and overall success of our institution. You will lead a team of dedicated educators and non - educator staff members in creating a dynamic learning environment that inspires innovation, critical thinking, and personal growth among students.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Academic Responsibilities:

·        Provide strategic leadership for academic programs and initiatives.

·        Develop standardized curriculum guidelines and support teaching methodologies.

·        Review and revise policies to enhance academic standards and operational efficiency.

·        Organize quarterly PTM meetings for collaboration and feedback.

·        Administer budgets, evaluate staff, and ensure facilities support academic objectives.

·        Develop safety protocols and collaborate with teachers for performance improvement.

·        Address inquiries regarding academic progress and disparities among student groups.

·        Shape a vision for academic success and promote inclusivity and equity.

·        Cultivate leadership skills in staff and stay updated on CBSE requirements.

·        Manage fee dues and financial obligations transparently.

·        Generating demand and attracting student admissions through strategic marketing activities and their implementation

·        Administrative Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with stakeholders and management to align operational strategies.

·        Conduct regular executive committee and management meetings to make informed decisions.

·        Develop and implement activities, curriculum events, and procedures following established guidelines.

·        Manage staff leave and ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.

·        Prepare annual budgets and ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.

·        Oversee administrative, transportation, security, and accounting staff efficiently.

·        Manage fee collection and financial stability.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field; Doctorate preferred.
• CBSE Principal Eligibility Criteria certification.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in educational leadership roles, preferably as a CBSE school principal or vice principal.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and educational trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team towards common goals.
• Track record of building positive relationships with students, parents, and community members.
• Knowledge of educational technology tools and their integration into teaching and learning processes.
