Min 7 years of experience in driving the projects related to AI ML, Azure / AWS analytics.


AI & ML Implementation:

  • Develop and implement AI and ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and asset optimization in the MRO processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Data Analytics & Insights:

  • Analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., sensor data, maintenance records) to extract actionable insights.
  • Use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to predict equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and improve overall fleet performance.

Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance:

  • Understanding the intricacies of aircraft systems, maintenance schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilizing data analytics, predictive maintenance, and other technologies to make informed decisions.

Optimization of HMV:

  • Streamlining processes to reduce downtime and costs while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Improving workflows, resource allocation, and overall maintenance operations.

Sustainable Cost Reductions:

  • Implementing strategies that not only cut costs but also ensure long-term sustainability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, stores, production, planning to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
  • Communicate complex data insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear recommendations.

Data Governance & Quality:

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance standards are maintained across all AI/ML projects.
  • Develop data pipelines and workflows that ensure the seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with business operations.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, ML, and data science, applying new methodologies to enhance MRO processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data science team.
