2. Ensuring the applicable statutory and regulatory compliances

3. Ensuring Banking and Financial transactions (Planning and Managing Receipts, Payments, borrowings, Credit card, FD, BRS etc.)

4. Maintenance and management of the Accounts and Finance Department

5. Ensuring Co-ordination and communication with Operational team

6. Liaison with banks, Vendors, Consultants, auditors etc.

7. Ensuring the Accounting ERP (Microsoft AX) is update accurately and on-time

8. Assisting Management with the requisite information on periodic basis

9. Review & Control of Expenses including Payroll

10. Manage Vendor payments efficiently and accurately.

11. Implementing the action points suggested by Consultants and auditors.

12. Liaison with auditors and consultants for monthly accounts and annual audits and filing.
