Our team is growing, and we seek an experienced IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic workforce. As an IT Recruiter, you will source, screen, and hire top IT talent for our clients, helping them build exceptional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, and database mining) to find top IT talent for open positions.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring needs. Provide insights and recommendations to clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop tailored recruitment strategies based on client needs and market trends.
  • Offer Negotiations: Assist in creating and negotiating offers between candidates and clients.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain candidate records and provide regular reports on sourcing, interviews, and hiring metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with IT recruitment trends, technologies, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing organization or agency.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies to assess candidates' skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess resumes, candidate profiles, and technical skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
