The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, integration, and deployment, and will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and automationDevelop and customize Lightning Experience components and user interfacesIntegrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareManage data migration, data quality, and data integrity within SalesforceParticipate in requirements gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussionsPerform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practicesSupport CI/CD, deployments, and release management using Salesforce DevOps toolsTroubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecksMaintain technical documentation and provide post-deployment supportRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce DeveloperStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong knowledge of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rulesExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with Salesforce deployment and version control (SFDX, Git, CI/CD tools)Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimizationExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesPreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator, or App BuilderExperience with Experience Cloud or CPQExposure to Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, or Einstein featuresKnowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
