- Local candidates with sound knowledge of the market will be given preference.
- Handle all the activities of a new/existing branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.
- Good in team management, have to drive a team of 3-8 staff in the branch.
- Fully responsible for Branch P & L – revenue & cost.
- Sales generation – CASA & Third Party Wealth Products
- Responsible for Branch Banking & HNI segment.
- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management will be key deliverables.
