We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.- Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed.- Assist in solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-deployment assistance.- Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry standards.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.- Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations preferred.- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work on diverse, global projects.- Growth-oriented environment with continuous learning.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
