Job Description :


Experience Required : 8 -15 yrs.

Location : Chennai.

Shift time : US shifts.

Work Mode : WFO.

Key Responsibility Area :


- Overall responsibility for servicing clients on Data Analytics and managing the team.

- Business Requirements Analysis, Project management, WBS, Effort Estimation, Scheduling, Resourcing and time management, Status reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, advanced knowledge of SQL or other structured language, advanced knowledge of Excel.

- Works closely with the Client(s) on scorecards, advisory and modeling.

- Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis.

- Provide leadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goals and commitments.

- Provide business requirements analysis support and clarifications to the team.

- Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to-day activities with the team.

- Support various special project assignments.

- Assist in the enforcement of MIS & Data governance policies


Eligibility Criteria : (Skill set required to do the job)


- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.

- Agile Scrum Master/PMI-PMP/PRINCE 2 certification.

- Prior experience as business analyst in a data warehouse implementation project.

- Proven track record with database languages (e. , SQL) and visualization tools (Tableau/SSRS/ PowerBI).

Good to have :


Python experience and advance analytics concepts (AI/ML/GenAI).

- Well versed with MS Excel - advanced VBA & DAX, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

- Proficient in Project Management tool (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).

- Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (AWS).

- Experience managing a team of 15-20 Data Analyst.

- Very strong self-learning capabilities to learn new technologies faster and guiding others.

- Knowledge of complex and very complex Python and SQL codes, along with the proficiency to refactor them.

- Experience of at least one end-to-end (greenfield) implementation of Data Warehousing project/program for a Bank/NBFC/Credit Union.

- Banking (Retail/Consumer/Commercial/Corporate banking business) domain experience is a must.
