This is a growing software quality assurance team, with plenty of opportunities for growth.Role and Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated).- QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Skills :- 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation.- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Strong experience in Manual testing and automation testing- Basic experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
