The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable backend systems and solutions that ensure high performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Python and FastAPI.- Create and manage RESTful APIs to support modern web and mobile applications.- Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions.- Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and performance through sound architectural decisions.- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and solution architecture.- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.- Deep understanding of REST API standards and best practices.- Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade systems.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Looking for immediate joiners or who can join within max 30 days.
