The ideal candidate will be a senior expert with a proven track record of successfully completingfull-cycle S/4HANA implementation and support projects . This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to design, configure, and deploy robust solutions that meet complex business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role are comprehensive and include, but are not limited to: Process Expertise:Applying deep knowledge ofOrder-to-Cash (OTC)processes to optimize client business flows and translate complex requirements into effective SAP solutions. System Configuration:Executing all necessarySales and Distribution (SD) configurationactivities, including Sales Documents, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Partner Determination. Client Management:Working directly withEuropean clientsto gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution architecture. show proactiveness and inovation to your deliverables is desirable Documentation & Training:Creating detailed functional specifications, training materials, and documentation for both internal teams and end-users. Integration:Collaborating with technical teams and other functional modules (like MM/FI/PP) to ensure seamless integration across the client's SAP landscape.QualificationsExperience:7 to 15 yearsof professional experience working with SAP SD, with a significant portion of that experience dedicated to S/4HANA implementations. Education:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Required Skills & ExpertiseDemonstrable experience with at least onecomplete S/4HANA implementation project . In-depth, hands-on knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA SDmodule configuration and functionality. Expert-level understanding and configuration experience ofOrder-to-Cash (OTC) processes like Intercompany Sale, Cosignment,Third pary sale Prior experience working withEuropean clientsand understanding regional business practices is a must. Industry experience withinmanufacturing, chemical, and/or pharmaceuticalsectors. Strong communication and soft skillsfor effective stakeholder management, team collaboration, and clear presentation of complex technical solutions.Preferred Skills (Added Advantages)Proventechno-functional skills , including the ability to debug, read ABAP code, and write detailed functional specifications for technical developers. Good understanding ofABAP Object-Oriented Programming (ABAP OOO)concepts. Experience in working onInterfaces with SAP(e.g., EDI, APIs, ALE/IDocs) and integrating SAP with external systems.
