Job Description :


Responsibilities :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to solve complex NLP tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products and services.

- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and NLP.

- Design and implement data preprocessing pipelines for model training and evaluation.

- Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments.

- Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML, specifically in developing and deploying LLMs.

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and NLP techniques.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying ML models.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models for specific tasks.

- Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
