Job Title : Magento QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Experience : 7+ years

Responsibilities :


- Perform manual testing of Magento-based eCommerce applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for Magento 2.x applications.

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression, functional, and integration testing using Selenium/WebDriver, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Perform API testing (REST/GraphQL) for Magento integrations.

- Validate Magento front-end and back-end workflows, including product catalog, cart, checkout, payment, and order management.

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Track, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.

- Ensure test documentation (test cases, test results, defect reports) is up to date.

- Participate in regression, smoke, and UAT testing cycles.

Requirements :


- Strong hands-on experience in Magento testing (2.x preferred).

- Solid background in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, system).

- Experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).

- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).

- Knowledge of eCommerce workflows (cart, checkout, payments, shipping, orders).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
