Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team. Maintain and update system documentation and technical specifications. Good-to-Have Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL, SOSL REST/SOAP APIs JavaScript, HTML/CSS Git or other version control systems Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Talend)
