Summary :

Are you a quantitative whiz with a passion for the financial markets? We're seeking a talented Quant Trader to join our team and develop cutting-edge algorithmic trading strategies.

You will leverage your strong mathematical and programming skills to analyze vast datasets, identify market inefficiencies, and design profitable trading models.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct research on large financial datasets using statistical techniques

- Develop and implement quantitative trading algorithms using programming languages like C/C++, Java, Python, R, or MATLAB

- Back-test and optimize trading strategies to ensure performance and risk management

- Monitor and analyze market data to identify new trading opportunities

- Continuously refine and improve existing trading models

- Collaborate with the trading team to integrate strategies into live trading environments

- Document research findings and present recommendations clearly and concisely

Qualifications :

- B. Tech, M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field from a top university

- Expertise in statistical analysis techniques and a strong understanding of financial markets

- Proven ability to program effectively using C/C++, Java, Python, R, MATLAB, or similar languages

- Experience conducting independent research and leading projects from conception to implementation

- A strong understanding of algorithmic trading concepts and familiarity with high-frequency financial data is essential

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
