For more details: the Role:The Deputy General Manager/Regional Manager will be responsible for actively seeking & understanding the P&L of the business and engaging/handling multiple branch teams. Providing complete support to the team & driving them to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisitions, achieving EBITDA & PBT as per annual AOPThe incumbent will report to the General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Handling teams and maintaining P&L accounts for branches.- Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.- Maintain positive business relationships with clients.- Reach out to large customers through data mining and developing referrals from existing accounts.- Develop new business opportunities with the team to acquire new (large and big) accounts.- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.- Collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders.- Analyze the territory/market's potential, competitor products and services, and track sales reports.- Drive collections and keep DSO days in control as per AOPKey Result Areas:- Customer Relationship, Sales, and Business Development- Team Management- Customer Service and Complaint Handling- Maintaining MIS and ReportsCompetencies (Skills essential to the role):- Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills- Effective Communication- Collaborative Leadership Style- People Management- Problem Solving- Ability to Work Effectively with Cross-Functional TeamsEducational Qualification / Other Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years of overall experience in B2B front-line sales and account management, including 3-4 years in team leadership.- Proven track record in customer management and business development.- Good understanding of the local geography.- Proficient in MS-Office / G-SuiteRole Type / Key working People Manager- Internal team - External stakeholders (ref:iimjobs.com)
