Ltd. is seeking a talented Servo Motion Control Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in automation, robotics, and advanced motion systems.Key Responsibilities:- Selection, installation, and tuning of servo motors, drives, and controllers - Programming and configuring motion controllers/PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) - Integration and maintenance of LM Guideways, Gantry & Precision Track Systems - Implementing multi-axis synchronized motion control with high precision - Working with feedback systems (encoders, resolvers, sensors) - Troubleshooting servo and motion system faults, ensuring reliability and performanceDesired Skills:- Strong background in mechatronics, automation, and control systems - Expertise in PID tuning, trajectory planning, inertia/load matching - Knowledge of linear motion guideways, gantry track systems, and structural alignment - Proficiency in Harnessing & Cable Routing for motion systems - Hands-on with 3D Modelling & SolidWorks Electrical for design and integration - Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, CANopen) - Experience with CNCs, robotics, or simulation platforms (HILS, flight/target motion simulators)Location: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 5–10 yearsEmail: asif@mechknow.comWhatsApp: +91 90000 55300Be a part of our journey in advanced engineering, defense simulators, and industrial automation.
