Our eco-friendly, compostable, biodegradable, and PFAS-free molded fiber products replace harmful single-use plastics in the food service, retail, and hospitality industries.With a strong export presence in 20+ countries — including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Israel, and Greece — GoEco is globally recognized for certified, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions.🌐 Learn more at www.goeco.co.in⸻Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager – International Sales, based in New Delhi with partial remote flexibility.The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies, building client relationships, and expanding GoEco’s presence across global markets.Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Identifying and engaging international buyers and distributors • Managing client relationships and key accounts • Conducting market research and competitor benchmarking • Negotiating contracts and closing deals • Coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time and error-free shipmentsThis role demands a mix of strategic thinking, communication excellence, and strong execution skills, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.⸻Qualifications • Proven experience in International Sales, Market Development, or Export Management • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and B2B export platforms • Ability to work independently and manage multiple global regions • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or Marketing • Prior experience in packaging, tableware, Horeca or FMCG exports. • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, or French) is an advantage
